Return & Exchange
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our quality products. If a return should nevertheless be necessary on a new and unused product, we ask you to return the complete goods, in their original packaging for fast and smooth processing.
To return goods
In case of a return due to the wrong size, wrong style or you are just plain not happy with the product, please email us at customerservice@rideheld.com for a return authorization.
Once you have received your return authorization email, pack up the new and unused item/s in their original packaging and bring to your favorite shipping company.
As soon as the package has been received and inspected by our warehouse you will be granted a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- We do not accept packages without the return authorization code.
- We do not accept product that has been worn.
