Return & Exchange

 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our quality products. If a return is necessary on a new and unused product, we ask you to return the complete goods, in their original packaging with tags attached for fast and smooth processing. Returned goods without attached tags and packing material may be subject to a restock fee of up to 15%.

To return goods
Please email us at customerservice@rideheld.com for a return authorization.

Once you have received your return authorization email, pack up the new and unused item/s in their original packaging and ship to the address required.  

As soon as the package has been received and inspected by our warehouse you will be granted a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not accept packages without the return authorization code.
  • We do not accept product that has been worn.
