We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our quality products. If a return should nevertheless be necessary on an unworn product, we ask you to return the complete goods, in their original packaging for fast and smooth processing.
To return goods
In case of a return due to the wrong size, wrong style or you are just plain not happy with the product, please email us at customerservice@rideheld.com for a return authorization.
Once you have received your return authorization email, pack up the item/s in their original packaging and bring to your favorite shipping company.
As soon as the package has been received and inspected by our warehouse you will be granted a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- We do not accept packages without the return authorization code.
- We do not accept product that has been worn.
- Sales as part of our 2022 Fall into Savings event are final.
