Shipping & Delivery

Held uses UPS, Fed Ex and the USPS as our main shipping partners. All orders will be shipping parcel ground service unless otherwise requested.

If a product is in-stock, it will typically ship within 24 hours.

If a product is Pre-Ordered or a Special Order, it will typically ship within 14 business days.

Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email with an estimated ship date.
