Refund policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If a return should be necessary, we ask you to return the goods in their new, original condition with all tags and packaging material in tact. Failure to return in the above condition, may result in a restock fee up to 15% of the purchase
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please email customerservice@rideheld.com to request a return authorization.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
